1. Are drinks included on the ships? And the meals?
On CroisiEurope ships, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant are included, as well as drinks consumed in the restaurant or in the bar. However, if the passenger wishes a more special drink, there is a menu with different kinds of cocktails and wines for a fee.
2. Are there discounts for children?
Babies from 0 to 24 months travel free of charge. The cot is not provided by CroisiEurope, it must be brought by the interested parties.
Children (from 2 to 9 years old) travelling in a triple cabin get a 50% discount. If they travel in a double cabin a 20% discount is applied.
3. Are there triple staterooms and are there discounts?

4. Concerning COVID-19, are the ships equipped with safety measures?
Yes, at CroisiEurope we have implemented a sanitary protocol to ensure that passengers feel safe and at ease on board. This protocol has been carried out with the Bureau Veritas association, which guarantees and certifies hygiene and measures on board. If you want to know more, click here aqui

6. Are there shore excursions during cruises?
Yes, of course. It is necessary to check the detailed programme of the cruise to know which shore excursions are included in the price and which are optional. It is advisable to book optional shore excursions before the cruise to ensure their availability and to benefit from cheaper prices than buying them on board.
7. Is there wifi on board?
Yes, there is free wifi on all riverboats in Europe and Asia, including the Peniches.
8. Are there swimming pools on ships?
Only some boats have a small swimming pool on deck. Please consult the the ship's deck plan.
